Kerry David

I started out in Business Affairs at Paramount Pictures and after 2 ½ years left to spend the next three years working for, and traveling with, Tom Cruise and Nicole Kidman on their projects Portrait of a Lady, Peacemaker, Practical Magic, The Blue Room, Without Limits, Mission Impossible: 2 and as I joyfully refer to it “film school with Stanley Kubrick” on Eyes Wide Shut.

I left Tom and Nicole to start my own production company and produced such projects as Agent Cody Banks, Agent Cody Banks 2: Destination London,  My Date with Drew, Like Dandelion Dust and Seeking Happily Ever After.  I have won over 65 awards for filmmaking and I started an online community for filmmakers at www.indieproducer.net.

I’ve been a guest speaker, panelist, and moderator at film festivals and film summits all over the world. I’ve spoken at colleges, schools and writing groups to encourage and support new and emerging filmmakers. I’m a Mentor for the “Step Up” program in Los Angeles which mentors women in business, I’m a member of the PGA (Producers Guild of America) and BAFTA (British Academy of Film and Television).

I am very excited to be working with Bobby and Brigitte on their Foundation.
